The maps below shows our estimates of the percent of people aged 18-24 years in each county (by county of residence) who have received the COVID-19 vaccination in North Carolina based on data updated through October 14, 2021. We include maps for those who are fully vaccinated, meaning they have received both doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or a single dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine, and those who are at least partially vaccinated, including those who have received at least one dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or the single dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine. The estimates are derived from county-level data on vaccines administered by NC and Federal providers, available from NCDDHS. Statewide, we estimate that 415,121 (42.2%) of the 983,665 North Carolinians aged 18-24 are fully vaccinated, and 459,581 (46.72%) have received at least partial vaccination. We will continue to update this map as new data become available.
